Description

The Castor wheels STC Series range has been developed for severe conditions encountered in powered towing, where severe impact loads are experienced as well as static loads. The swivel assembly consists of an outer precision thrust bearing (51118) and a centrifugal angular thrust bearing (30207), capable of withstanding any combination of radial and thrust loads.

The main stem has a thread adjustment, allowing for preload settings. Sealing of the bearings reduces maintenance to a minimum. Legs are made of 16mm plate, securely welded to the housing. Wheels are fitted with deep groove precision ball bearings or taper bearings, depending on the application.
